Cards, condition expectations, declared values, fees, and shipping responsibility are accepted by both parties.

Each party sends their card to The Vault using the required tracked service.
Vault verifies
Identity and received condition are compared with the trade record for a disclosed processing fee.
Cross-ship
Only after both submissions pass are the cards released to their new owners.
Default protection
If one party does not send, the card received is returned to its original owner after the seven-day default window.
Transparent trade charge. Checkout will itemize tracked shipping plus a small verification and processing fee before either collector commits. Return-shipping responsibility is disclosed in the locked terms.
